Without it
- Every invoice is typed twice: once for the member and again into QuickBooks.
- AD lists, weather and NOTAMs come from five websites and a printout.
- You want the schedule on your own website, and the software has no way to get it out.
What Integrations & API does
QuickBooks Online
Invoices, payments with their processing fees, expenses, journal entries and customers sync to QuickBooks Online, with instructor bills marked for 1099 and sales tax carried through. Your own QuickBooks company, connected once.
Card and ACH payments
Stripe Connect takes cards and ACH; Square takes cards. Payments go straight to your school's own account. One processor per school.
FAA and weather data, built in
ADs from the Federal Register, the FAA aircraft registry, FAA charts and procedures, TFRs and NOTAMs, and weather from aviationweather.gov, with radar on the map. No accounts of your own to set up.
Logbooks and engine data
Import and export pilot logbooks for ForeFlight, MyPilotLog and LogbookPro, send a route to ForeFlight, and import engine data from JPI, Garmin G1000, EI and Savvy. Moving from Flight Schedule Pro? Its data can be imported.
A REST API with scoped keys
About 25 endpoints for bookings, check-out and check-in, members, aircraft, invoices, payments, squawks and lessons. Each key has its own permissions and rate limits. A PDF guide documents every endpoint.
Signed webhooks
24 events, from a booking made to an invoice paid, sent to your own address and signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can check they came from us.
Every module in Integrations & API
- REST API and webhooks: Read and write bookings, check-outs and check-ins, members and invoices, with signed webhooks for the events you choose.
- Connected services: Stripe, Square, QuickBooks Online, FAA airworthiness directives and the aircraft registry, and aviation weather.

Questions
Which accounts do we need of our own?
Only QuickBooks Online, if you use it, and Stripe or Square to take payments. FAA data, weather, flight tracking and texting work through Flight Suite HQ's own connections.
What does QuickBooks sync?
Invoices, payments with their processing fees, expenses, journal entries, customers, instructor bills (marked for 1099) and sales tax.
Can we use Stripe and Square together?
One processor per school. Stripe takes cards and ACH; Square takes cards.
Is there an API on every plan?
Yes. Create keys on the API keys screen with only the permissions each connection needs. The default limits are 100 requests a minute and 10,000 a day.
Where is the API documented?
In a PDF integration guide covering every endpoint and webhook event, downloaded from the API keys screen. There is no public developer portal.
