How to delete an account for FlightSuiteHQ, including the FlightSuiteHQ Companion app for Android and iOS, provided by Blue Sky Software Group LLC, doing business as FlightSuiteHQ.com.

In the app or on the website: sign in, open Profile, then the You tab, press Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens straight away.

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email eric1h@flightsuitehq.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my FlightSuiteHQ account". We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

Deleted: your name, contact details, address, emergency contact, profile picture, signature image, pilot and medical certificate records and their photos, saved payment cards, notification settings, device tokens and memberships; your login is disabled for good. Kept, under the name "Deleted User": flight, training, invoice and payment records, signed maintenance records, and documents a school must keep in your student file, for as long as the school is required to keep them.
