What Analytics Pro Does
- 47 Ready-Made Reports — Revenue by aircraft, aircraft utilization, hours by instructor, students not flown in 30 days, aging receivables, maintenance cost per flight hour, open squawks, average FRAT score, and more. Run one in a click.
- Drag-and-Drop Report Builder — Pick rows, columns and values from a field palette, add filters, and the result updates as you go. No SQL. Calculated fields let you define your own measures such as revenue per flight hour.
- Pivots and Charts — Turn any report into a cross-tab or a bar, line, area or pie chart, with period-over-period comparison built in.
- Dashboards — Arrange KPI cards, charts and tables on a single screen with shared filters, then share it with a role rather than a person.
- Scheduled Email Delivery — Send any report or dashboard daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly as PDF, Excel or CSV to members, roles or outside addresses such as your accountant. Every send is recorded and can be re-sent.
- Drill-Down and Driver Analysis — Click a number to see what it is made of, then ask why it changed and get the underlying drivers ranked by contribution.
- Ask Flight Suite — Ask a question in plain English and get a real report you can open in the builder, save or schedule. The assistant sees only the datasets and metrics your role can use, never your rows.
- Excel and PDF Exports — Excel files contain real number cells with currency, percent and hour formats, plus a sheet recording the report, period and filters that produced the numbers.
Built for Flight Schools, Not Generic BI
The metrics are aviation metrics: Hobbs and tach hours, instruction hours, dual versus solo, aircraft utilization, revenue per flight hour, cancellation and no-show rates, squawk age, inspection due dates, FRAT scores, stage check pass rates, and student currency. Ground-only sessions and flights in a member's own aircraft are handled correctly instead of skewing your fleet numbers.
Data Governance
Every report runs under the role of the person viewing it. Financial datasets are limited to owners, admins and treasurers; instructors see training and operations data. Sharing a report never widens access. Reports are fenced to your organization at the database level, and the query engine only compiles field and metric identifiers it recognises — a report cannot reach data you are not allowed to see.
Quick Reports vs Analytics Pro
Quick Reports are part of the standard platform at no extra cost: one-click reports for the questions most operators ask weekly. Analytics Pro adds the report builder, calculated fields, pivots, dashboards, scheduled delivery, drill-down and the plain-English assistant. Analytics Pro is enabled free for every current Flight Suite HQ organization during launch.
Pricing
Flight Suite HQ is $10/aircraft/month + $0.50/user/month. Quick Reports are included. Analytics Pro is a paid add-on, free for current customers during launch — contact us for pricing on new accounts.
