Our Story

Flight Suite HQ was born from a simple frustration: running a flight operation shouldn't require three different apps, a stack of binders, and a whiteboard. We're pilots, instructors, and aviation professionals who lived the daily reality of scheduling conflicts, maintenance tracking, student progress, payments, and the endless spreadsheets that slow everything down. We watched schools lose money to double-booked aircraft, fly non-airworthy planes because a squawk didn't get communicated, and spend evenings doing paperwork instead of being at the airport. So we built the platform we wished existed — one where scheduling, training, maintenance, billing, compliance, safety, and communication share a single source of truth.
