What you get
Your members, imported for you
Send us the member export from MyFBO and we import it: names, contact details, certificates, medicals, endorsements and emergency contacts. Any other member list works too, as long as it has an email column.

Logbooks and aircraft history
Pilots import their own logbooks from ForeFlight, MyPilotLog or LogbookPro. An aircraft's log can be imported from a CSV with dates, pilots, airports and Hobbs and tach times.
- Cirrus maintenance status sheets can be imported too
Balances, carried over
Member balances are not imported from MyFBO automatically. A balance a member owes, or has paid ahead, is carried over as an invoice or an account credit, entered once.

How it goes
- Sign up: Create your school's account. We approve each new school before it goes live.
- Send us your MyFBO export: Email the member CSV to support@flightsuitehq.com and we import it for you.
- Add aircraft and rates: Add each aircraft with its rental rate, and your instructor rates. The setup checklist shows what is left, in order.
- Connect payments: Connect Stripe or Square so members can pay online.
- Invite your members: Invite your instructors and members. They set their own passwords and can book straight away.

Questions
Can you import our MyFBO data?
Members, yes: send us the member export and we import names, contact details, certificates, medicals, endorsements and emergency contacts. Pilots import their own logbooks, and aircraft logs import from a CSV. Balances are not imported automatically; they are carried over as invoices or credits.
How long does the move take?
It depends on the size of the school. We do the member import for you, and the setup checklist shows what is left at each step: aircraft and rates, payments, then inviting people.
Do our members need new accounts?
Yes. Once they are imported, you invite them and each one sets their own password. Nothing is sent to them until you choose to invite them.
What does it cost compared with MyFBO?
