What Flight Circle does well

Practical account automation, and a great deal of it: autopay, automatic billing on flight close-out, late fees, recurring charges, backup promotion on the schedule, dispatch checks and maintenance reminders. For a flying club or small school where scheduling and straightforward billing is the whole requirement, it is very hard to beat on price.

Where Flight Suite HQ is the better fit

The moment maintenance, safety or compliance stops fitting in a spreadsheet. Work orders with parts linked to them, Airworthiness Directive tracking with automatic FAA DRS applicability checks, engine-health trending, a 14 CFR Part 5 safety management system, AC 120-78B electronic records and live ADS-B tracking are all in the Flight Suite HQ base price.

Because maintenance work orders and parts, Airworthiness Directive tracking with automatic FAA applicability checks, engine-health trending, a full safety management system, AC 120-78B electronic recordkeeping, leaseback owner statements and live ADS-B fleet tracking are included in that price. If you do not need those, Flight Circle is the better buy.

Does Flight Circle have a safety management system?
